Friday afternoon, far away from home, missing mom's food.

Then comes a delivery of indulgent schnitzel challahs in honor of Shabbat.

We need your help

The weekly cost of a "Shishnitzel" is $6,800.

Every dollar advances us to another day of "Shishnitzel"

Since February, dozens of volunteers meet every Thursday and Friday at Nir Galim
to prepare kosher and delicious schnitzel challah for our soldiers.
Our packages of treats are sent directly to Lebanon, Gaza, military assembly points and the surrounding settlements.
In April, the "Shishnitzel" project was dedicated to the memory of the late Sergeant Roni Eshel who was killed in battle on 7/10.

When other families saw our initiative and approached us with a request to memorialize their loved ones in this way,
we decided to honor a different Israeli hero each week. In addition to placing a sticker with their story on each schnitzel challah,
we also invite the families of the fallen.
They come in Friday, share the story of their loved ones who were tragically killed in the line of duty, and receive a warm embrace from us

So far, we have given tens of thousands of schnitzel challahs to soldiers in the field, along with letters,
drawings from kids, cakes, cookies, and fruit.
The weekly cost of "Shishnitzel" is $6,800 and unfortunately donations have run out.
To continue the initiative, we need your support.
Join us in showing our soldiers love and support and making them happy.
They deserve it!

Don't give up on our soldiers. Right now is the time to give back to our soldiers with love and support.

Roni served as an observer in Battalion 414, Border Protection Corps.

Killed in the line of duty in a battle against Hamas terrorists at the Nahal Oz base,

on October 7, 2023, she was 19 years old.

Before Passover, Eyal, the late Roni's father, published an emotional post on Facebook that touched our hearts,

Thanks to this post we realized that we must dedicate this wonderful project to the memory of dear Roni,
Heroine of Israel, who loved to eat challah with schnitzel.

You are welcome to join Shishnitzel
